We provide iPhone diagnostic services for only $19.95. You can submit an iPhone diagnostic ticket here. Customers may drop-off or mail-in their Apple iPhone for service to any of our locations above. Just click the hyperlink and the location info will display.
Once your iPhone is received, we will diagnose the problem and give you a cost estimate. You may opt out, and we will gladly return your iPod at the customer's expense. A diagnostic fee of $19.95 is charged if the customer declines repair. Repair Turn-around Time: - 3G Front Glass Panel Replacement 1-hour

*Our diagnostic service can anywhere from 1-3 business days for water damage or logic board problems.* * Customers are responsible for backing up their music, videos, and other data on their iPod before sending in for repair.* Warranty: All iPhone parts come with a 90 day warranty. *Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our store. iTech Electronics is not repsonsible for damage done to your iPhone during shipment.
